PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Dior Sauvage Parfum is a more concentrated, richer interpretation of the Sauvage line from Dior. It’s meant to blend the freshness of the original with deeper, warmer, more amber-toned woody notes. It’s part of the “Parfum” family, so think of it as having more depth, better longevity, and a more intense olfactory signature compared to the lighter versions (Eau de Toilette, etc.).
Top Notes: mandarin and bergamot — fresh citrusy opening
Heart Notes: dominantly sandalwood (especially Sri Lankan sandalwood), cedar, and also warm elements like amber (ambery tones) starting to emerge
Base Notes: tonka bean and vanilla, which give it sweetness, warmth, and a bit of creaminess/ambery richness.

Love the smell on my husband
Definitely a step up from the lighter notes of Dior Sauvage Eau de Parfum which is what I wanted, but I'm not satisfied with how long it lasts. I usually wear this out and about and at work as well, and I can't really smell it after a few hours. My sister's boyfriend uses Dior Sauvage as well and I notice on him it's also very, extremely subtle, so I have to get quite close to catch a scent. Be that as it may, still smells absolutely amazing. Most definitely a must if you like more darker, richer notes and if you are aiming for having an extremely subtle scent. All above said, I don't regret my purchase.
